Lilly completes acquisition of AtaiBeckley to advance therapies for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions

AtaiBeckley is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing rapid-acting neuroplastogens for mental health conditions, including BPL-003, its lead investigational program for treatment-resistant depression.
