When IFA 2026 opens its doors in Berlin this week, some of the most talked-about home robots at the show will have something in common: they all run on D-Robotics' Sunrise™ AI chips and robotics development kits, a leading provider of infrastructure for robotics development.
Among them are TCL's hey AiMe companion robot, Vbot's SuperDog quadrupedal home robot, and the xLean TR1 floor scrubber robot.
TCL presents hey AiMe, the world's first educational and companion robot for the home. It combines learning through guided play with autonomous navigation, an expressive 10-degree-of-freedom movement, and over 20 sensors. Its launch indicates that home companion robots are creating a category of their own.
Vbot officially debuts in Europe with SuperDog. This consumer quadrupedal robot is already in mass production and has arrived in thousands of homes since May 2026. It is CE certified and pre-orders can now be placed in Europe.
Closing out the lineup is the xLean TR1. Fresh off a $2 million (approx. €1.7 million) Kickstarter campaign backed by over 2,000 backers, it will demonstrate its EvoMate™ AI Agent live at ShowStoppers and at booth 11.1 129.
