The market is exhibiting extreme 'irrational exuberance,' with record margin debt, bullish sentiment, and minimal insider buying. Tech giants like Alphabet have shifted from asset-light, high free cash flow models to heavy CapEx, negative free cash flow, and large debt issuance.
