Kazia Therapeutics Limited Announces Pricing of Up to $120 Million Public Offering

Kazia Therapeutics Limited (NASDAQ: KZIA) announced the pricing of its public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) and accompanying warrants, with expected gross proceeds of approximately $40 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering primarily to fund clinical development of paxalisib, including ongoing and planned studies in triple-negative breast cancer and HR+/HER2- breast cancer and other oncology indications, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
