[Operator Instructions] I would now like to hand the conference over to your speaker today, Mr. Greg Goodman, CEO of Goodman Group. Gregory Goodman Group CEO & Director Yes. Thank you very much. Good morning, everybody. Five years ago, we made a deliberate decision to position Goodman as a major global provider of digital infrastructure, supporting the rapid growth of technology globally. This meant repositioning our portfolio and operations towards large infrastructure scale industrial property and data centers, assets in urban infill locations close to consumers where demand is most durable and the assets are hard to replicate. We've executed this strategy by selling and repositioning more than $8 billion of assets over the past 5 years. We disposed of properties no longer aligned with our strategy and recycled the proceeds directly into our development pipeline. And we used our internal expertise to deliver complex infrastructure, intensifying selected sites and securing the power and planning approvals needed for data centers.
