Good morning, and welcome to all to this shareholders' meeting. My name is Lino Saputo, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. In this capacity, I will be presiding over today's meeting. I'm thrilled to welcome our shareholders to our annual meeting, whether you are attending in person or online. Thank you for being with us here today. I'm joined today by Carl Colizza, President and Chief Executive Officer; Maxime Therrien, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, who will serve as Secretary for this meeting; and Lydia Pham, Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs, who will serve as our moderator.
