Anonymous Intelligence Exercises Option To Increase Strategic Investment In Arkhive Technologies

Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. ( CSE: ANON ) ( OTC: ANICF ) ( FRANKFURT: 1JI0 ) (the “ Company ” or “ ANON ”), a leader in privacy-focused artificial intelligence and decentralized technologies, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a supplemental strategic investment agreement (the “ Supplemental Agreement ”) with ARKHIVE Technologies Ltd. (” ARKHIVE ”) pursuant to which ANON has exercised its option to increase its strategic investment in ARKHIVE from ten percent (10%) to twenty percent (20%).

As previously announced on June 15, 2026, ANON acquired an equity interest in ARKHIVE through the purchase of 100,000 common shares of ARKHIVE for aggregate consideration of $200,000 and was granted an exclusive option to acquire an additional ownership interest on substantially similar terms.

Pursuant to the Supplemental Agreement, ANON is pleased to announce that it has elected to exercise that option and acquire an additional 100,000 common shares of ARKHIVE, increasing its aggregate ownership interest to 200,000 common shares, representing twenty percent (20%) of the issued and outstanding common shares of ARKHIVE.

In consideration, ANON will issue 800,000 common shares of ANON to ARKHIVE at a deemed price of $0.25 per share, for aggregate deemed consideration of $200,000.

As previously announced, the strategic alliance between ANON and ARKHIVE is intended to accelerate innovation across artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency solutions, decentralized applications and tokenized ecosystems.

The parties intend to pursue a range of strategic collaboration opportunities, including technology integration, joint development initiatives, research collaboration and cross-marketing activities.

In addition, the ARKHIVE team will play an integral role in the continued development of the Anonymous Intelligence cryptocurrency.

The Consideration Shares will be issued pursuant to applicable exemptions from the prospectus requirements of Canadian securities laws and will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws.

Closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
