Simply Good also "recognized an aggregate $249.0 million non-cash, impairment charge related to the Atkins brand and OWYN brand intangible assets" comprised of "a loss on impairment $187.0 million for OWYN and $62.0 million for Atkins[.]" Following this news, the price of Simply Good stock fell $2.61 per share, or 18.11%, to close at $11.80 per share on April 9, 2026.
