Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund Announces Distribution of $0.09 Per Share for August 2026

Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today a monthly distribution of $0.09 per share for August 2026. This distribution is payable to common stockholders on August 31, 2026. The Company declares and pays distributions monthly. Payment of future distributions is subject to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as meeting the covenants on the Company’s debt agreements and the terms of its preferred stock.
