Xunlei Limited: What Needs To Happen If The Stock Is To Get Going

Xunlei Limited's Q2 FY2026 report ended with a net loss, but that is in part by design because it enables fast revenue growth now and in the future. XNET has underperformed all year as far as the stock is concerned, but this could change as long as a few things happen first. What matters more than what XNET itself does is what Arashi does, especially with multiple potential catalysts in the next several months. XNET offers good value with lots of potential upside, part of why I am bullish on XNET with a buy rating.

Xunlei Limited (XNET), a provider of digital entertainment, cloud acceleration and distributed cloud services in China, retains a number of appealing attributes many would like to see in a stock. This includes relatively low valuations, something that
