According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Tigo's revenue projections were based on the launch of its EG4 partnership and attendant revenue; (2) however, the EG4 partnership would not provide material revenue until Q4 2026 at the earliest; (3) therefore, there was no basis for the projections; and (4) as a result, defendants' statements about Tigo's business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
