AIEQ: Unconvincing AI-Driven Strategy Still Lagging The Market

Amplify AI Powered Equity ETF remains a Hold due to persistent structural weaknesses in its AI-driven strategy.

Despite a high turnover of 804%, AIEQ consistently delivers mediocre returns, trailing IVV as it cannot capture sufficient upside or minimize downside in volatile markets.

AIEQ has underperformed the S&P 500 since my June article. Since the beginning of the year, it has trailed IVV and QQQM.

I see no compelling reason to prefer AIEQ over S&P 500 ETFs like IVV, given its questionable adaptability and track record.

Today, I would like to provide a quarterly update on the Amplify AI Powered Equity ETF ( AIEQ ), which I previously covered in June, with the Hold rating maintained given the strategy's persistent weaknesses.
