AEVEX Corp. (AVEX) Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit Filed; October 20, 2026, Lead Plaintiff Deadline

A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against AEVEX Corp. ("Aevex") (NYSE: AVEX ) on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Aevex Class A common stock between April 17, 2026 and June 4, 2026, inclusive, or pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and related prospectus issued in connection with Aevex's initial public offering conducted on or about April 17, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material facts about the company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that a pre-arranged plan existed between Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC ("Madison") and certain Defendants to allow for a secondary public offering shortly after the IPO, despite conveying a commitment to follow a 180-day "lock-up." As a result, Defendants' statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
