Warner Bros. Discovery Announces Intention to Delist Euro Notes from Nasdaq Global

Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. announced its intention to voluntarily delist its 4.302% Senior Notes due 2030 and 4.693% Senior Notes due 2033 from The Nasdaq Global Market. This action is in connection with the pending acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount Skydance Corporation. The company expects to file a Notification of Removal From Listing on Form 25 with the SEC on or around October 6, 2026, with the delisting becoming effective ten days later. Following the delisting, Warner Bros. Discovery expects to file a Certification and Notice of Termination on Form 15 to deregister the notes and suspend reporting obligations.
