Radiant Uranium Provides Corporate Update

Radiant Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or “Radiant Uranium”) provides the following corporate update. In parallel with its acquisition strategy, the Company is advancing exploration planning at its Key Lake Road and Gorilla Lake uranium projects. Proposed work referenced in this release includes permitting, line cutting, induced polarization surveys and diamond drilling at Key Lake Road, together with ground truthing and drill permitting at Gorilla Lake. These programs remain subject to required permitting, consultation and final exploration planning. On August 5th, 2026, the Company changed its name from Kirkstone Metals Corp. to Radiant Uranium Corp. to more accurately reflect its exclusive focus on uranium exploration and discovery. The recent addition of the Cross Lake Uranium Project reflects the Company’s strategy of building a portfolio with exploration upside in the Athabasca Basin. Radiant Uranium continues to evaluate additional acquisition opportunities while advancing exploration activities across its existing project portfolio. Concurrently, the Company transitioned from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”). Management believes the CSE provides a more entrepreneurial platform for Radiant Uranium’s current growth strategy and its objectives of evaluating and, where appropriate, completing additional acquisitions as the Company continues to expand its uranium project portfolio. Radiant Uranium’s strategy is to combine the acquisition of uranium assets with systematic exploration of its existing Athabasca Basin portfolio. Management’s near-term objective is to advance the highest-priority targets toward clearly defined technical milestones while continuing to evaluate acquisition opportunities that can strengthen the Company’s uranium portfolio.
