New Age Metals Inc. announces the issuance of an aggregate of 21,154 common shares in the capital of the Company at a deemed price of $0.26 per Share as compensation for services rendered for the period ending June 30, 2026, pursuant to the Strategic Planning services agreement. The Shares are subject to a four month plus one day hold period.
