ALAR UPCOMING DEADLINE: Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Reminds Alarum Technologies (ALAR) Investors of Securities Class Action Lawsuit Deadline on October 5, 2026

On July 2, 2026, after the market closed, Alarum issued a press release entitled "Alarum Technologies Responds to Inquiry into Residential Proxy Networks." The press release stated in part that on July 2, 2026, "Alarum and its subsidiary NetNut Ltd. ("NetNut") were made aware of the seizure of certain domains associated with NetNut by the FBI." On this news, Alarum American Depositary Shares fell 51.49% on July 6, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges Alarum Technologies misled investors by failing to disclose alleged unauthorized proxy network practices by its NetNut subsidiary and the resulting legal, regulatory, and business risks.
