Sentiment Analysis
Supply chain headwinds have contributed to Modine Manufacturing Company's lumpy FQ1 '27 performance, worsened by the sudden departure of the data center business leader. Otherwise, the management already reiterates the robust FY2027 guidance, with their ongoing capacity investments likely to be accretive from FQ2'27 onwards. Long-term data center cooling contract, outsized booking opportunities of up to $23B, and doubling backlog support MOD's multi-year AI beneficiary status. The recent meltdown has contributed to their more compelling 3Y PEG ratio of 0.50x, while offering a significant upside potential to my LTPT of $360.40. MOD is an even better Buy here, as the stock returns the YTD gains and retests the twice defended $170s trading floor. I previously rated Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD) as a Buy in July 2026, albeit after a slight pullback to the 200-day moving averages of $198s. In this article, I shall discuss why MOD is an even better Buy here.
