Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO ) ("Massimo" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of powersports vehicles, UTVs, ATVs and innovative mobility solutions, today announced that it plans to showcase its new Warrior 1500 UTV at Equip Exposition 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky, and the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Warrior 1500 represents Massimo's expansion into the higher-displacement UTV category and is built around a new 1,499cc inline four-cylinder platform designed to support increased power, capability and versatility across a broader range of applications. Beyond the launch of a single model, Massimo is developing the 1,499cc platform as a scalable product architecture that the Company believes can support multiple future vehicles across recreational, commercial, fleet and government markets. By leveraging common engineering, powertrain and platform elements across multiple models, Massimo believes it can improve development efficiency, accelerate future product introductions and create a stronger foundation for long-term product expansion. The Company continues to invest in internal product development and engineering capabilities and is evaluating certain technologies and design elements associated with its next-generation vehicle platforms for potential intellectual property protection.
Massimo plans to publicly showcase the Warrior 1500 at Equip Exposition, October 20-23, 2026, in Louisville. The Company also expects to feature the platform at the SEMA Show, November 3-6, 2026, in Las Vegas, providing exposure to dealers, distributors, commercial customers, fleet operators, government-related buyers, automotive and powersports industry participants, and potential strategic partners.
"The Warrior 1500 is more than an important new model for Massimo; we also believe that it represents a milestone in the development of a broader product and engineering platform," said Quenton Petersen, Chief Executive Officer of Massimo Group. "Our goal is to build scalable vehicle architectures that allow us to serve more customers, enter additional markets and bring new products to market more efficiently. We believe that this approach can strengthen our competitive position while creating long-term value for our customers and shareholders."
The Warrior 1500 is being developed as a rugged, full-size UTV with an all-metal body and a focus on recreational, commercial and demanding off-road applications. Massimo believes the combination of higher displacement, durability and platform flexibility can create additional opportunities across its dealer network as well as its growing commercial, fleet and government sales channels. Massimo has been expanding its focus on fleet and government opportunities as part of its broader channel diversification strategy. The Company believes higher-capability UTV platforms may be particularly well suited for applications including property management, municipalities, public works, parks and recreation, security, agricultural operations, industrial facilities and other organizations requiring durable utility vehicles.
Massimo is also advancing development of its upcoming Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew UTV, which is expected to utilize the Company's 1,499cc platform while targeting customers seeking higher power combined with enclosed-cab comfort, heating and air conditioning. The Sentinel 1500 is being developed for commercial, fleet, agricultural, property management and other year-round applications where enclosed-cab capability may provide additional utility. The Company currently expects to provide further information regarding the Sentinel 1500 as development and commercial-launch preparations progress.
"The opportunity with this platform extends well beyond one product category," Petersen continued. "Th...
