TrustBIX Inc. Announces June 30, 2026 Third Quarter Financial Results

TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX) announced today financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).

President and CEO Hubert Lau commented: "During Q3, we focused on evaluating strategic acquisitions that are complementary to our existing operations. The completion of the Zen Cyber acquisition on August 4, 2026 marks an important milestone in this strategy. Zen Cyber is a revenue-generating cybersecurity consulting business and, following the closing, its operations will be reflected in the Company's consolidated results. The acquisition adds an established operation with an existing client base, revenue and experienced team to the TrustBIX group as we pursue our acquisition strategy."

For the three and nine months ended June 30, 2026, compared to the same periods in 2025, the Company reported results from continuing operations of: Net loss and comprehensive loss of $172,321 and $510,229, respectively, as compared to $177,953 and $386,160 in the same periods in 2025; Revenue of $16,000 and $22,000, respectively, as compared to a reversal of revenue of $619 and revenue of $2,880 in the same periods in 2025; Operating expenses of $163,252 and $473,883, respectively, as compared to $143,787 and $323,324 in the same periods in 2025; and Cash provided by operating activities of $37,479 and $11,407, respectively, as compared to cash provided by operating activities of $11,255 and cash used in operating activities of $27,374 in the same periods in 2025.

During the three and nine months ended June 30, 2026, the Company classified its ViewTrak Technologies Inc. (ViewTrak) segment as a discontinued operation, and the comparative figures have been re-presented to show the discontinued operation separately from continuing operations. Net income and comprehensive income from the discontinued operation was $34,559 during the three months ended June 30, 2026 (2025 - net loss and comprehensive loss of $78,031) and was $162,332 (2025 - net loss and comprehensive loss of $107,468) during the nine months ended June 30, 2026.
