Clarification Regarding Closing of May 2026 Offering In addition, further to its previous press release, dated May 5, 2026 , the Company confirmed that it issued an additional 1,955,500 units at a price of $0.35 per unit, for additional gross proceeds of C$684,425, on May 8, 2026, in a final tranche of its offering conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption (the "Life Offering"), to bring the total offering up to the maximum offering size of 21,489,000 units (C$7,521,150). The Company also confirmed that it paid an additional cash commission of approximately C$47,910 and issued an additional 136,885 Broker Warrants in connection with the closing of the final tranche of the Life Offering.
