La DJ Korolova encabeza el evento inaugural de Velo "Echoes of Tomorrowland" en Ibiza

Velo celebrated its inaugural "Echoes of Tomorrowland" event at the Tomorrowland store in Ibiza, with a vibrant showcase of music, unity, and shared human experiences.

Reaffirming that electronic music knows no borders, the event gave Ibiza fans the opportunity to experience the unique connection and sense of community that defines Tomorrowland.

The event featured a stellar performance by Ukrainian house and techno DJ, Korolova, and a live stream from the main stage of Tomorrowland.

Recreating Tomorrowland's unique culture of spontaneous community, Velo welcomed a mix of fans, UK and Spanish media, and lifestyle and music creators from all corners of the globe.

To actively foster a culture of community, Velo introduced a personalized social experiment at the entrance. Guests were handed half of a beautifully crafted butterfly, and challenged to find a stranger who held the other half to complete it.

This interactive social experiment instantly transformed a room full of strangers into an active, collaborative community.

The event took place following new global research* highlighting the growing need for shared experiences, which reveals that almost two in five adults (39%) find it harder to make meaningful connections as they get older.

Velo and Tomorrowland believe that the ultimate catalyst for breaking down these barriers is music itself. The dance floor acts as a powerful space for connection, fueled by its unique role in self-expression.

30% of respondents agree that the dance floor is where they feel most free to be themselves and "dance like nobody's watching," while 61% feel more comfortable expressing themselves when they see others doing the same.

Reflecting on the unique energy of the night, international headliner DJ Korolova said: "The dance floor is one of the few places where people feel completely free to express who they are without judgment. That's the energy I felt all night in Ibiza, thanks to Velo – it was incredible to see everyone letting loose, being their authentic selves, and celebrating their originality together."

Guest artist Camden Cox added: " What struck me most about the night was seeing strangers connect so easily through a shared experience. Sometimes all it takes is a little invitation to spark a conversation, and seeing the crowd, with their buzzing energy, break the ice and dance together was pure magic."
