The company, which develops supercritical water oxidation technology for the destruction of organic waste including PFAS through its AirSCWO technology, said preliminary revenue exceeded $2.2 million for the quarter, up from $0.6 million a year earlier, with approximately $2 million of that tied to the OC San milestone. Completion of the Factory Acceptance Test for the Orange County Sanitation District, known as OC San, activates the next phase of that project, positioning the company to recognize the remaining $1.1 million in revenue while receiving $2.6 million in remaining billings as operational milestones are completed. 374Water and OC San have planned for deployment of the company's commissioning team and system in October. Preliminary first-half revenue totaled approximately $2.8 million, compared with $1.1 million a year earlier. "The second quarter of 2026 has been about building towards long-term growth from a strong technical and operational foundation," said Danny Bogar, CEO of 374Water.
