The Techie 5.31K Followers Follow Summary Rocket Lab remains a buy in my book as Neutron’s development advances and sector momentum returns. RKLB secured a $397.2 million U.S. Space Force contract, highlighting strategic vertical integration and robust backlog growth to $2.36 billion. Q2 revenue grew 62% YoY to $234.06 million, beating consensus, but EPS missed. Q3 guidance exceeds expectations despite margin compression, which spooked investors. Neutron’s timeline is on track for Q4 2026 delivery, but ongoing investments will keep RKLB cash flow negative in the near term. I hereon share my sentiment on RKLB and why I think the risk-reward has turned favorable.
