Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to CoreCivic's Second Quarter 2026 Earnings Call. Participating on today's call are Patrick Swindle, CoreCivic's President and Chief Executive Officer; and David Garfinkle, our Chief Financial Officer. We are also joined here in the room by our Vice President of Finance, Brian Hammonds.
