Flutter Announces Completion of Cancellation of Secondary Listing on London Stock Exchange; Primary Listing on NYSE Maintained

Flutter Entertainment plc ("Flutter" or the "Company") today announces that the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of those shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 08:00 U.K. time today, August 3, 2026. Flutter's shares are now only listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
