Sentiment Analysis
Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Doximity, Inc. ("Doximity" or the "Company") (NYSE: DOCS) on behalf of investors that purchased or otherwise acquired Doximity common stock between August 8, 2024 and May 13, 2026 (the "Class Period").
The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Doximity claimed that the Company's Newsfeed was its "biggest revenue driver." The truth – that Doximity overstated the impact that its Newsfeed would have on its revenue growth, and that the Company was losing market share to its competitors with more favorable pricing and engagement models – was allegedly revealed through a series of disclosures ending on May 13, 2026 when Doximity announced that it missed its already-reduced revenue guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Following this news, the price of Doximity stock declined by $5.38 per share, or 23%, on May 14, 2026.
