The complaint alleges on June 24, 2026, after the market closed, ARS published a press release providing an update on payer access for neffy, which stated, in pertinent part, "[d]espite certain payer discussions ongoing until mid-June, based on recent feedback, no new commercial formulary additions or coverage decisions have been issued for neffy in the July 1, 2026 cycle." Following this news, the price of ARS stock fell $2.52 per share, or 23.9%, to close at $8.02 per share on June 25, 2026.
