Good morning, everyone. It's my pleasure to introduce DICK's Sporting Goods and to moderate our fireside chat. Today, we have with us, Ed Stack, Executive Chairman of DICK'S Sporting Goods. Ed served as the company's Chairman and CEO from 1984 through January 2021. We also have with us Lauren Hobart, President and Chief Executive Officer of DICK'S Sporting Goods. Lauren joined DICK'S in 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, and she became President in 2017 and CEO in 2021. We also have with us Navdeep Gupta, Chief Financial Officer of DICK'S Sporting Goods.
